Roman Casino login and registration

A note on where you sign in

You will not find a sign in form on this page, and you should be careful with any site that offers you one. Your credentials belong only on the casino's own domain, which you reach through the buttons on this page. Anywhere else asking for your casino password is worth walking away from.

How to register

Registration takes about two minutes and needs an email address, some basic personal details and a password.

1. Open the casino site and select the register button in the top right of the header.
2. Enter your name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and the currency you want the account held in.
3. Choose a password of at least eight characters, mixing letters, numbers and a symbol.
4. Read and accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and confirm you are at least eighteen.
5. Open the confirmation email and click the link inside. The account is active as soon as you do.
6. Make a first deposit of at least 35 NZ$ to trigger the welcome bonus, or explore the lobby in demo mode first.

How to sign in

Once the account exists, signing in needs only the email address and password you registered with.

1. Go to the casino site and select the login button in the header.
2. Enter the email address you registered with and your password.
3. If two factor authentication is switched on, enter the code from your authenticator app or the message sent to you.
4. You land in the lobby with your balance, bonuses and any active promotions shown in the account area.

Forgotten password

Select the forgotten password link on the sign in screen and enter your registered email address. A reset link arrives within a few minutes; it expires after a short window, so use it promptly. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder before contacting support, and remember the link only goes to the address on the account.

If you no longer have access to that email address, support can help, but they will ask you to confirm your identity with the documents already on the account.

Account verification

Verification is required before a first withdrawal. Upload a photo identification document and a proof of address dated within the last three months, plus confirmation of the payment method if the casino asks. Documents are usually approved within a day and the process only happens once.

Keeping the account secure

• Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and store it in a password manager rather than a note.
• Switch on two factor authentication in the account settings; it is the single biggest improvement you can make.
• Never share credentials, and remember that support will never ask for your password.
• Sign in only on the casino's own domain, and avoid doing so on shared or public computers.
